You asked for them, well now you got them!  We’ve shared great property ownership advice with our clients for years but never published our work.  Well that’s about to change!  Starting today we’re going to publish either a full on guide or a mini-guide every week on Fridays.

Where we go with this, we’re not exactly sure.  As always we’ll get started with the basics and look to you our clients for ideas.  What are the basics?  Here’s what we were thinking:

  1. Sports Vacation Rentals – how does this industry work, how big is it, who are the players, what are guests like, and what options do property owners have to participate?
  2. Creating an amazing listing – We help you set your rates, write your description, and more.  But what does it take to make the listings that really pop?  We’ll share this guide here.
  3. Taking photos of your home – We recently purchased a 10mm lens for our DSLR camera and it really helps showcase the interiors of our homes.  These cameras are expensive but you may be able to find a photographer to take pictures of your home’s interior for as little as $75.  We’ll go over this process, step-by-step.
  4. Securing property insurance – We’ll share an interview with Matt Bennett from JL Hubbard insurance about picking the right insurance for your properties.
